Spooks and goblins will be invading the Downtown area for the Historic Downtown Kennewick Partnership Annual Trick or Treat on Monday, October 31st from 3-5pm. Plan on a large turnout as this event remain one of the most popular in the Downtown area. Miss Tri-Cities will be on hand to hand out candy as well as help with the annual drawing for kids gift basket donated by local area merchants and a boys and girls bike donated by Washington Hardware and Furniture.
