Introducing your newest Board of Directors for HDKP!

Meet Theresa Buckendorf!

Theresa works for Apollo Mechanical Contractors, she has been with them for the past 28 years. Theresa has lived in the Tri-Cities  for 41 years but was born in Missouri. When asked why she wanted to be involved with HDKP as a board member she said,

“I believe the downtown area is such an important part of the area, I would love to be able to have some involvement in its further development. I have a long history of volunteering and services in the community and I believe it is important to lend my help to causes that make a difference in the lives of our residents.

I would love to see further growth and revitalization, especially with the wine village coming together. There is so much opportunity for further development in tourism, dining, and entertainment as well as shops and the services that I look forward to being apart of it.”

Outside of her work and extensive volunteering Theresa loves spending time in her and her husbands 5th wheel with him and the dogs. If you haven’t noticed our board members tend to have an outdoorsy side for hobbies and spending time outside of work! One thing Theresa plans to do more of after quarantine is travel! Us too, Theresa!
