Artist Alley, Early Bird Art Market is a monthly Art Market supported by the SOCO Creative Arts District and The Historic Downtown Kennewick Partnership. Our Early Bird Art Market gives the community a chance to support local artists while allowing Creatives to grow their professional development as micro-entrepreneurs as they prepare to spread their wings for larger events such as The SOCO Creative Arts Festival.
