Kennewick Ave. in Downtown Kennewick, from Washington St. to Dayton St. will be filled with Local Small Business Vendors, Multiple outdoor Food Vendors, Games & fun with our Community Partners, a Costume Contest (2PM), and Safe Street Trick-Or-Treat with our Downtown Businesses STARTING at 3PM!
